Valentine’s Day Breakfast Ideas

When it comes to Valentines Day, the symbol of a heart is practically plastered everywhere. And on Valentines Day, what better way to start the day with a heart filled breakfast! All you need is a heart shaped cookie cutter, strawberry jam, eggs and pancake mix.

Put some hearts into your lover’s morning toast by cutting hearts using the heart shaped cookie cutter and then filling it with strawberry jam. Another valentine day idea for breakfast is by cutting a heart shape in the center of the bread with the cookie cutter and by breaking an egg into the shape and frying it on a pan. Do this carefully by first putting the bread into a frying pan and breaking the egg into it.

You can also fry an egg inside the cookie cutter so it comes out heart shaped. Serve your fried heart shaped eggs together with heart shaped pancakes. Pour the pancake mix into the cookie cutter. One the pancakes are done, serve them with butter, maple syrup and red berries. For valentine day ideas on morning coffee, fill the coffee mug or hot chocolate cup to the brim. Very carefully place a heart shaped paper stencil in the center and sprinkle is with cocoa powder or icing sugar. This has to be served immediately. If it’s a delicious bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, then add a swirl of red heart strawberry jam into the middle or have you can have morning yogurt with a honey heart. These hearts presented in a unique way are pretty, memorable as well as delicious.
